Marta was born and raised in Europe in Southern part of Poland. Most of her youth she spent in historic Cracow where she earned her higher education. She holds B.A. and Masters Degree in Management and Marketing from University of Economics in Cracow, with postgraduate studies in Social Psychology at Jagiellonian University in Poland. During her studies at universities, she spent a year in Naples, Italy. Marta speaks Polish, English, Russian and Italian.
Being born and educated in Europe, living in Krakow, Poland and Italy, Marta has a great appreciation for the wealth of thousands of years of European history, architecture and art. Following a successful career in Direct Marketing at British Petroleum Amoco in Europe, and funding two business ventures she embraced a thriving career in high-end luxury real estate at Alain Pinel Realtors, the leading luxury real estate company in Silicon Valley and the largest independent brokerage in United States at the time. Despite high competition and a challenging high-end residential market, she rapidly attained success and rose above adversity receiving numerous accolades. With an impressive portfolio of hundreds of millions of transaction dollar volume in luxury residential sales, an unprecedented record of achievements winning over 19 professional awards, Marta established new standards in luxury real estate marketing that embodied original perspective without comparison. Many record-breaking sales are associated with her name including the noteworthy negotiations on one of a kind "Far View" estate at Clint Eastwood's Tehama. She ranked by Walls Street Journal among the Top Agents by sales volume in the United States. Through her unrivaled marketing skills and distinctive European background, her signature multilevel custom tailored marketing strategies created an innovative style that attracted sophisticated clients from around the world. Marta founded own luxury real estate magazine, designed and published her websites, released numerous marketing books highlighting her properties (see marketing portfolio). An immense part of Marta's personality is in philanthropy. Since 2006, Marta has been involved with the removal of abandoned landmines in war-torn countries. For six years she served as Board Member and Marketing Coordinator of Freedom Fields USA (FFUSA), an all woman Carmel-based organization dedicated to the removal of landmines through its partnership with HALO Trust, the world's leading humanitarian landmine clearance organization. Marta was involved in saving AIDS orphans at the Segera Mission in Northern Central Kenya (Africa), where she has personally visited the progress. During the Hurricane Katrina relief effort, Marta was an onsite volunteer for the Red Cross assisting victims. Strongly believing in creating opportunity for young people, Marta is an advocate of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Her philanthropic work has been nationally recognized and was the recipient of the prestigious humanitarian "National Good Neighbor Award" (see awards). Her charitable accomplishments have been featured in articles (see articles) and media (see videos).
